Overall my experience has been great with  Belong! I like how easy it is and I have a great concierge, Diego. He's very responsive, attentive, and on top of things! I get rent guaranteed which is fantastic piece of mind!

Poor customer support ! My experience using this company has not been great , The customer support responds promptly to reviews and the overall service is poor . Learning about SPACE BANK was a pivotal moment for me . The pay has been great and i will forever stick to them because they always keep there promise .

This was my first investment with Danube Properties and I’m genuinely happy with how it’s gone so far. The quality of the project and the transparency in their dealings really stand out. The only issue I faced was some delay in getting a few documents verified, but the team resolved it once I followed up. It’s refreshing to see a developer that actually listens to its clients. The overall experience gives me confidence that I chose the right developer.

Don't use this company. Their communication and awareness is absolutely terrible. The worst I've ever been apart of. Talk to the landlord,  the landlord has no clue,  so he says talk to management. Lease contract wrong,  stipulations wrong,  date was wrong. And now I'm out$40. Save yourself the nightmare headache and avoid this company

Thin matresses, shower without water pressure. The whole building was sober and looked like a prison.

There's a good choice of shops but the only reason I can find to shop there is if it's pouring with rain or very cold you can be warm & protected. The Shepherd's Bush Westfield is ginormous & it's exhausting, it's too hot & there's only one area to sit & rest which is by the John Lewis entrance, 5 seats all taken. I presume that they want people to rest having a tea, coffee, lunch. I was there for two hours & didn't sit down once, also because it was so warm I was sweating & my feet were swollen. If you're going there I recommend that you wear summer clothes & comfortable shoes. I didn't buy anything & won't be returning. I told my daughter & 23 year old granddaughter that I'd been there, my daughter said "It's my idea of hell" & my granddaughter  said "I hate it" That three generations that hate Westfield.

I needed a help so I called and rep walked me through. wish there's an app.
