Mia Barker helped the tenants and me to source a new sofa to replace an old one efficiently and effectively, liaising quickly with both parties.

Paul and Tony from Middlesbrough delivered two mattresses to our house today.
Our house is not easy to find, but they followed my instructions to the letter and arrived here at the first attempt. This does not happen very often. People ask for directions and then switch off.
The mattresses were taken upstairs with a minimum of fuss, the packaging removed and all done with good humour.

The Calor Gas Truck was delivering to our next-door neighbours. As our tank was down to15% I asked the driver, D Harvey, if he could fill our tank whilst he was there. This involves a lot of telephoning and paperwork and many drivers refuse to help out. However, Mr Harvey did it all with a willingness and a happy to help attitude, which was much appreciated.

This is the second bathroom we have had updated by More Bathrooms. I doubt there are any better fitters than Martin, who is highly competent in all aspects of the trades involved: plumbing plastering, tiling etc. We would certainly recommend them to other people.

Due to the snow we did not arrive back at LBA until very late. We went to the Information Desk in Area A to collect the car keys. Even at 1.30 am we were greeted with a cheery smile. Could not fault the service.
