I ordered for £99 and when I found out it was just cheap plastic, I sent it back. I provided proof of sending it back, they confirmed to have received it, but now nearly 2 months later I still don't have my refund. While in their website it says a refund should only take about 7-10 days. They just keep responding on my emails that my refund is in a cue. Seriously? For 2 months? I feel being scammed as well.

Roots is such a lovely community! And everyone is very helpful with each other. The location is great, they provide a lot of tools, seeds, and plug plants. There are workshops organised, and coffee morning in the Tipi on Mondays. I'm so happy my daughter found it and recommended it. We both have our own plot and absolutely enjoying it! Thank you Roots for this opportunity to become a bit more self sufficient!
