Grace, was absolutely fantastic from the first moment I spoke with her. She called me back when she promised she would and if she was unable to do so she gave me a courtesy call explaining why and promised to call me later, which she always did. I informed her the quote I had initially received was quite excessive so she advised me she would look into other options and promptly called me back resulting in her saving me nearly £200 for the same work. A credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. If only other organisations had people like Grace working for them, thank you for everything you did for me Grace, Gerard.
