The policy is a total waste of money!
I recently made, what I considered to be, a very valid claim under the policy, the first claim I have made since I took it out nearly 3 years ago.
The claim was declined. I disputed the reason for the refusal and I don't find the Company's position on this to be acceptable. All round a bad experience.
Suffice to say I shan't be taking another of these policies out!

Very good product, easy to order and delivered quickly and efficiently - big ticks for those items.
