Flight LS110 to Glasgow from Antalya on…
Flight LS110 to Glasgow from Antalya on 9th Oct was cancelled when we were queueing to check in . We were then put on to a flight to Manchester . A shared mini-bus then took us back to Glasgow Airport . At the same time we were made aware that our original flight had indeed flew to Antalya and had returned to Glasgow empty . This flight landed in Glasgow an hour before we arrived by mini bus .

How they handle Assistance for my wife both at Manchester and Nice airports
22/09/25 we flew from Birmingham and returned 09/10/25
22/09/25 we flew from Birmingham Airport with assistance 20wheelchairs on our flight. Only 2 wheelchairs at a time in the lifts so by the time we were all on board we were an hour late. They should load the wheelchairs on first and earlier than the other passengers.
Flying home was even worse we went to the Jet2 assistance desk and checked in. When we have done that before we have then been taken to the gate but a very officious Jet 2 girl said we had to go down to the holding bay where it was so crowded that no seats were available as people were arriving with their luggage and were being taken to check in which we had already done. We waited 1and a half hours then taken to the gate where we had to get straight onto the plane no drink no breakfast when we asked why we weren’t taken to the gate all they said was there were people boarding before us and boarding took priority over eating or drinking. It was total chaos makes you wonder whether to travel again

Another smooth flight despite a difficult landing due to very strong winds at Leeds Bradford Airport. Congratulations to the pilot. As regular travellers with Jet2 we’ve only had problems due to weather conditions but what due you expect when you live in Yorkshire. Top marks Jet2.

Far too many customers requiring assisted boarding
Far too many customers requiring assistance, seems to delay most things and then they seem to get priority seating etc. surely a policy that limits the number of assisted boarders needs to be considered. Sooner or later they will make up the majority on some flights. Please address this.
