From arriving at Manchester Airport at 4.00 in the morning to landing at Dalaman, the whole experience was seamless.

The flght boarded on time, took off only a few minutes late but the pilot kept everyone informed of the delay and the reason behind it.

Once airborne, the pre ordered meal were served quickly, they were hot and tasty.. Another inflight coffee about an hour or so later. An uneventful flight and we arrived early at our Destination.

The JET2 representives were at the Airport if needed, to point you in the right direction, and we were quickly through the airport and in the taxi onwards to our resort for a much needed holiday!

Purchased a Barcelona Garden Furniture set last June and had nothing but problems with the chairs. The plastic seat stretchers did just that, they stretched until they came away from the chairs.

Alan Sheppard at the Preston Store was understanding, swapping three of the chairs from the display set so we could continue enjoying the Garden set, but unfortunately, these too suffered the same problem.

I contacted Alan again and he offered to refund us totally for the set with no questions asked, even though the set had been outside for the entire summer.

Great customer service, we will return in spring next year to but another garden furniture set, but it won't be the Barcelona!
