All round great experience
The best bit was ordering hot meals beforehand and having them piping hot on the flight. No messing around. Just there. Tasty food too.
Return flight left about 30 mins late but still managed to arrive on time so kudos to them for that.
We were quite bemused at the internal lights going red for the latter half of the flight home.

Plane change so the seats i bought were not wear i wanted to sit this has happened on numerous occasions, otherwise fine
Appalling customer service
Jet 2 have failed to deal with my grievance - for 93 days and counting.
i have detailed my grievance with dates, references and barn-door clear video evidence.
I've sent over 40 emails.
Jet 2 responded after 86 days after my initial complaint, simply to say 'they'll look in to it'.
No follow up. No timeline. No process.
This is contemptuous customer service.
I have given Jet2 a deadline of 7 days further (at which point this will be 100 days since i submitted my complaint). After that point i will refer the matter to AviationADR, Jet2’s approved dispute resolution service, and notify the Civil Aviation Authority.
And maybe that will embarrass them into treating customers with a bit of decency.
Note to Jet 2 community manager - save your mealy-mouthed words for someone naïve enough to believe them.

Jet2 are fantastic especially to customers with special assistance , they get their seat free and the staff really look after you.

A new very positive flight experience
I have never flown Jet2.com before...The overall experience was very good...the staff really nice and friendly, the capitan and first officer kept updating with the flight development, the airplane was nice beautiful and very colourful...

Well organised stress free flight
I choose Jet2 as the flight is always well organised from check in to arrival at destination. The flight is always calm and stress free. Costa coffee however not that good .

Constant plane changes and flight times
Constant plane changes and flight times on the return journey which was such a difference we had to change Carpark time and transfer pick up time and the return journey from Tenerife we had the jet2 white plane which was so cramped and they changed the row we had pre booked and moved us to a middle and aisle seat and we had booked window and middle they wanted to add an extra fee to change what we had pre booked so we were not impressed.
I’ve had mixed experiences with Jet2
I’ve had mixed experiences with Jet2. Cabin crew and airport staff were great on our journey to and from Crete. Unfortunately our hotel was well below par and when we raised this in August, we’re yet to have a solution with their head office complaints team over 8 weeks later. Shame that this has let them down.
Excellent service from Jet 2 as usual
Excellent service from Jet 2 as usual. Was an hour and a half late in taking off. Stood in bus on tarmac for 25minutes, freezing cold at 6am then taken back to airport to wait.
Disappointed didn't get voucher on arrival back in Edinburgh to use for next holiday.
However hotel, weather etc 1st class.

Bad Landing
We had a great flight as with excellent staff until the landing where the pilot appeared to set the plane down halfway down the runway at Bristol (Have flown there a lot and have never been still in the air when level with the terminal!). This resulted in the most reverse thrust I have ever experienced on a landing causing some the passengers distress. This could have been better….
Friendly & efficient service
Flew with Jet2 ( Glasgow - Malaga ) 1/10/25. Excellent service from start to finish. Cabin crew friendly and very helpful. Pilot kept us informed in a pleasant manner.Highly recommend this airline. I’m not at ease with flying and have used Jet2 on numerous occasions ( always made to feel more relaxed by the treatment received)
