Another smooth flight despite a difficult landing due to very strong winds at Leeds Bradford Airport. Congratulations to the pilot. As regular travellers with Jet2 we’ve only had problems due to weather conditions but what due you expect when you live in Yorkshire. Top marks Jet2.

What we enjoy when flying Jet2 is the guaranteed quality welcome from and efficient service from the staff. This has been the same every time we have flown with Jet2 for many years.

Having had a fall whilst on holiday in Portugal I was returning home on crutches. The staff at Faro airport and Manchester were efficient and helpful boarding and disembarking and during the flight.

We felt safe and comfortable travelling out to Portugal at the end of September 2020. Our return flight changed twice but feel Jet2 are doing everything they can to accommodate the unprecedented situation relating to COVID.
