22/09/25 we flew from Birmingham and returned 09/10/25

22/09/25 we flew from Birmingham Airport with assistance 20wheelchairs on our flight. Only 2 wheelchairs at a time in the lifts so by the time we were all on board we were an hour late. They should load the wheelchairs on first and earlier than the other passengers.
Flying home was even worse we went to the Jet2 assistance desk and checked in. When we have done that before we have then been taken to the gate but a very officious Jet 2 girl said we had to go down to the holding bay where it was so crowded that no seats were available as people were arriving with their luggage and were being taken to check in which we had already done. We waited 1and a half hours then taken to the gate where we had to get straight onto the plane no drink no breakfast when we asked why we weren’t taken to the gate all they said was there were people boarding before us and boarding took priority over eating or drinking. It was total chaos makes you wonder whether to travel again

There were 20 wheelchairs waiting to…

There were 20 wheelchairs waiting to board the flight to Malaga and it was delayed by one hour. Only 2wheelchairs could get into the lift to get down to the holding area. They need to board these before the other passengers.I am. Assisted On the way home we went to the Jet2 desk and checked in assisted travel the Jet2 girl that attended to us was very rude and sent us to the holding bay where we waited 1.half hours with everyone waiting to have their bags checked in instead of taking us to the gate as usually happens. We had no drinks or food. It was an horrendous experience
