The flights team were friendly and efficient. The flight back from Malaga was late arriving so we were delayed 1 hour. The pilot warned we would be landing in Leeds with turbulences from very storm winds. The pilot did an amazing job landing safely as it was very bumpy. Small bottles of water at £2.30 is extortionate!!!

Review of Bramblecrest
We bought the parasol cover which arrived very quickly. Disappointingly we found the following problems a) there was no hole/slit in which to insert the thin pole provided. We had to cut a slit. B) the stitching that stops the pole from sliding to the bottom of the allocated channel was in the wrong place which meant the pole could not be inserted. In order to use this product we had to stitch up the hole we had cut another hole and unpick the incorrect stitching then sew the restraining stitching in the correct place. Overall this is a poor product for the money £40 due to faults. As a company we suggest you look into these faults. Hence 2 stars.
