The flight going out to Málaga was…
The flight going out to Málaga was fine, coming back was a nightmare. After arriving at the airport, assisted boarding, informed them that we were here. Was told only two could use the assisted boarding as it was busy. I went through the normal channels with no problem. My wife and mother in law were left at the check in point with no assistance. They eventually found someone to help them and we taken to the boarding gate with ten minutes to spare. I was left frantic with worry as I couldn't contact my wife as she had problems with the internet. Not a very good experience, we have flown from Málaga many times and never had a problem. I hope they get there act together and sort this out.
As usual Jet 2 crew looked after us…
As usual Jet 2 crew looked after us very well. The pilots were great keeping us informed of our route and arrival times. We arrived on time as usual.
The only criticism we have is that our ordered meal going out was not really hot enough, this is the first time this has happened

Everything was fantastic
Everything was fantastic. I receive the assisted travel (autism and adhd) and this really eases my sensory sensitivities and actually stops sensory overloads from occurring. All the staff were very polite and helpful
Great flight
The ground and flight staff, the cleanliness, the competitive price, check in, the whole experience was good. A ‘what can I do to help you’ attitude from all the staff was great and very refreshing. Assistance was offered at every stage of the journey. Legroom was fine, food was acceptable, and the flight ran on time. The only faults (for us) was the volume of the in flight announcements (too loud) and on the return flight duty free supplies to purchase ran out.

Our flight from Dalaman to London…
Our flight from Dalaman to London Stansted was very difficult for my husband Mr David Maunders he disabled and because the flight was changed his seat number change too from row 5 to Row 15 making it was hard for my husband to walk with two walking sticks to used the toilet when staff are working and selling goods we have never had any problems with jet2 until 9th October 2025 no reason was given only that able people was given my seat number

DISSAPOINTED WITH JET 2
Our 07.10am Flight out of Edinburgh on the 23Sep didn't leave rill 10am because there was no plane in Edinburgh. Our return from Alicante on the 9th October was late getting leaving Edinburgh so we got stuck in Alicante for nearly 3 hours.Get your act together Jet2 and start running somewhere on time.
