Poor communication.

Our plane was delayed 1 1/2 hrs coming to pick us up. When we boarded we all sat waiting for a further 30 mins without an announcement from flight attendants or cockpit as to what was happening. Eventually we took off and only then did the pilot apologise for the delay. Very poor communication.

Beware secure mode.

They sold me a PC that, unknown to me, had a security mode installed means you can only download apps etc from the Microsoft store meaning I can’t download Norton anti virus which I have. You can’t even download McAffee either. Totally unacceptable to put loyal customers in this position.

Farcical arrival in UK.

On arriving at Manchester airport one hour late at 3.30am we had to wait on aircraft for a further 45mins while buses were found to transport us to the terminal. Ridiculous state of affairs, the airport obviously knew we were coming!!!!

The Airshow was ok but sitting in …

The Airshow was ok but sitting in traffic jam for 3hrs to get in was a joke, as was the 2hrs to get out of the car park. Awful logistical organisation! Only one single road into and out of the show for thousands of cars!!!
