Flight LS110 to Glasgow from Antalya on 9th Oct was cancelled when we were queueing to check in . We were then put on to a flight to Manchester . A shared mini-bus then took us back to Glasgow Airport . At the same time we were made aware that our original flight had indeed flew to Antalya and had returned to Glasgow empty . This flight landed in Glasgow an hour before we arrived by mini bus .

jet 2 are a superb airline to travel with . great staff . just a pity Glasgow airport doesnt meet those same standards . 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we got off the aircraft to clear the Border entry and collect luggage ... totally unacceptable

If i could have given NO stars i would have. Sent my iphone in 2 weeks ago with an agreement on price using their label and THEIR courier !! evri .... was hermes b4 they had to change their name due to the poor reputation ! 14 days later still showing as in transit ?? Contacted them 3 times now with no joy ! been told the phone would be insured for £150 .... well below the agreement price offered !!! now intending to go to a small claims court where i will aim for full agreement price to be paid along with recompense for the time and hassle i have had to give and endure with this ...... absolute sham of a company !! STEER WELL CLEAR FOLKS !!

Used this company for return transfer . Although the flight was delayed there was no problem when I arrived in Malaga. Driver was courteous and held conversation throughout the journey to Benalmadena and return journey. Would definitely use again on my future visits .

Not happy with my experiences in this branch so far

Let down by Interflora yet again . Ordered and paid for flowers, chocolates and card for my partners birthday as I was working away . Delivery made …. No chocolates ….. Not the first time I have been let down by them

Bought this product again as I needed one more for when I,m working away and can leave it at my place of work . Unfortunately the product has arrived and it is faulty. I knew when I switched it on as it sounded like a lawnmower !! When I tried to check if the blade was situated correctly the assembly fell to bits!! This is the second time it has happened as it happened with my other purchase too although the customer service at that time was first class and I got a replacement within days . This doesn’t seem to be the experience I am getting from customer services this time though. Disappointing as it’s an ideal little trimmer for getting a close shave on the head when it is actually working !!!

The repair man arrived out with the slot time frame I had paid extra money for which I wasnt happy about . Repairman was courteous and effected the repair . A little mark remains but not in drivers eyeline.
