Staff very efficient with their service however the cabin crew did not welcome us aboard as the two at the front were stood back and busy chatting and throughout the flight on service they do not give you eye contact. I was feeling unwell and the male staff member was very helpful.
The Captain sounded very friendly and relaxed about the forthcoming journey even though lots of turbulence due and put me at ease.

The system is very easy to use but there’s always sticker tape left in a lot of the lockers,

Received telephone calls from the office whilst in the Arrival Hall awaiting our luggage (which took an hour) picked up in a very smart and clean Mercedes car. The driver was well turned out and very polite but did not speak very much English but that didn’t matter as we got by. He loaded our luggage into the car.
Smooth 40 minute journey.
The return journey was on time in a Mercedes van with a driver who didn’t speak any English, but was very polite and loaded and unloaded our luggage.
Would definitely use again and recommend.
I thought the price was good value.

Large parcel left on step outside front door in full view - no attempt to leave it in a discreet place a few feet away, and inclement weather. Very very disappointed and shambolic performance.
