Waiting for hours to speak to somebody and then they break contact. They are rude. Very quick responding regarding your claim with a list what they need otherwise they do nothing. But when you send in all the things they need. You don't hear nothing of them anymore. When you call they press you away.
They obviously have no clue how to run there company.
They send letters with highing your own risk amount but they don't even have all the information. They are thiefs and frauds and i encourage you to make a report to the police of fraud. You can hold them legally liable for default!

Worst client service for non-swedish speaking. I cant get reimbursement for shady reasons and I pay quite a lot per year

Today I called Folksam for help with a payment that they owed me. Within 10 seconds of my call, the support lady accused me of "having a bad day", refused to listen to me and would talk over me when I tried to explain that the instructions she was giving me weren't working, and eventually hung up the phone after insisting she was trying to help me. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
On the positive, I was able to phone back and speak to a more qualified rep who did resolve my issue.

My car was stolen on the 22nd of March and we still cannot get payment from Folksam 11 weeks later despite a police report being submitted, a full accident report, a receipt for the purchase of the car and endless additional documentation being submitted several weeks ago. I have NEVER experienced anything like the horrendous level of service.

Folksam insurance company does not take their customers seriously that many need to check out different insurance companies for their financial problems for everything that happens around Sweden today when prices go up in different places like food and electricity cost and the landlord raises the rent for many then you have to look at different ways to reduce costs so people can live and afford all costs

The customer relations operator has been very rude, shouted at me and scolded me! I wanted to make a complain about her but there is no way that I call customer service again. And it is not possible to send an email! I was just trying to ask about prolonging contract, she didn’t even allow that!

when i am on vacation in pakistan i have accident there then i claim to floksam because i have full home insuarace, they told me before going to hospital you need to inform us, what the Fu.k? i am injured in 3rd world cntry from were you cannot call internationally, (if you want you need to inform netwrk prvider) mean 1st i need to call folksam or sos internationl take permission if they allow me then i go to hospital, if i go without permission and inform them after when i come from hospital then they say we cannot help you in this.

I had an trafic accident and i did not help expected since the website in swedish and on the phone they send you to read online.
I got even a lawyer but the insurance took 2 months to recognise him as my representative.
Check your rights before dealing with insurances in Sweden, not even paying they help you.

Reporting damage that the other party was responsible, got told that we had to wait for correspondence from the other parties insurance company in order to continue with repairs, after three months we had heard nothing to call Folksam back. They had closed the case and not informed us that WE were responsible to call the other insurance company. They completely ignored us and this is unacceptable and lack of respect. This could have been handled way better, and the guy on the phone should not have hanged up on me... So time to change insurance company.
