Quick and fast to get a loan... but.

Quick and fast to get a loan. But when you want to provide extra money to get rid of the loan faster you get treated like a criminal and they refuse to help.

Asking for ways to pay extra on a loan and "Hey, where did you steal that money from?!?! We need to know how your criminality is going..."

Efter att ha varit kund i över 10 år

Efter att ha varit kund i över 10 år, sedan de hette onlinepizza. Med över 100 ordrar i min historik så har jag lärt mig att alltid beställa från restauranger som hanterar sin egna utkörning. Aldrig beställa från restauranger som kör Foodoras egna utkörning.

Jag har aldrig klagat, jag har aldrig reklamerat eller gnällt under alla dessa år, för det har inte behövts. Men det är dessvärre inte Foodoras förtjänst utan de har endast varit förmedlare, restaurangerna har själva kört ut och hanterat hela leveransen. Hur bra som helst.

Igår så beställde jag, tyvärr måste jag tillägga, från en restaurang som är ansluten till Foodoras nätverk av utkörare. En estimerad tid på 35-55 minuter, lät lite väl lång tid, men jag beställde ändå. Efter 70 minuters väntetid tar jag kontakt med kundtjänst och får Oscar på andra sidan som totalt utan känslor talar om för mig att "Ja det är ditt eget problem att du beställer med oss som leverantör, vi suger, men vi skiter i dig som kund". Och stänger chatten utan lösning i sikt.

Jag är envis och börjar chatta igen och får Aria i chatten, en ängel i jämförelse med Oscar. Hon försökte i början samma "copy paste" svar. Men är jag missnöjd så är jag missnöjd, och en estimerad min/max tid SKA vara en estimerad min/max tid. Efter att ha väntat i 112 minuter, (ca 65 minuter längre än estimerad max tid) Så får jag äntligen frågan hur "jag skulle vilja att en lösning ser ut". Så jag skriver ärligt;

"Jag vet att Du, Oscar och Foodora vill tvinga mig till att acceptera köpet, Men jag vill att köpet avbryts, full återbetalning, så jag kan ta pengarna och köpa hos en restaurang som normalt sett levererar inom 20 minuter, trots att de skriver det ska ta 40 minuter. Detta hade varit den absolut bästa lösningen."

Jag fick pengarna tillbaka ... efter mycket tjaffs, för mycket tjaffs. Totalt onödigt tjaffs.

Läxan som är lärd är; Beställ aldrig från en restaurang som har Foodora som utkörningsleverantör, beställ endast från restauranger som hanterar utkörningen själv.

Fick pengarna tillbaka, så de får 2 stjärnor. De hade fått 4 om de inte bråkat med mig, eller Oscar inte hade bett mig dra åt skogen som jobbig kund.

Vi tar denna feedback på stort allvar och kommer att undersöka vad som har gått fel i ert fall för att förhindra att det upprepas i framtiden.

Jag har också full förståelse för att ni är besvikna. För att klargöra det för er, så skickas beställningen till restaurangen först när vi har ett ledigt bud och restaurangen kan motta den. Detta för att undvika att maten tillagas och hinner kallna alternativt inte kan bli upphämtad av ett bud. Vi är återigen hemskt ledsna att ni blivit drabbade av det här och hoppas att vi kan få en andra chans att visa att vi kan bättre än så!

Köpte en diskmaskin

Köpte en diskmaskin, nästa vardag får jag ett samtal från en trevlig tjej, med fantastisk humor måste jag tillägga, som säger att diskmaskinen inte passar till alla kök för att skåpen (inte benen) är i olika höjd. Så jag väljer ut en annan maskin till exakt samma pris - bytte ut varan på plats i samtalet utan fuss och tjaffs.

Det enda negativa som jag kan komma på är att det framgår att det är gratis leverans, men när man väl kommer till kassan _måste_ man välja ett leveransfönster - som kostar pengar. Inget som väger ner betyget över lag, men borde kommuniceras ut bättre.

Nu är maskinen installerad och har diskat två laddningar. Tro det eller ej - Smutsig disk går in, ren disk kommer ut. Woho.

Reported damage was never followed up

Reporting damage that the other party was responsible, got told that we had to wait for correspondence from the other parties insurance company in order to continue with repairs, after three months we had heard nothing to call Folksam back. They had closed the case and not informed us that WE were responsible to call the other insurance company. They completely ignored us and this is unacceptable and lack of respect. This could have been handled way better, and the guy on the phone should not have hanged up on me... So time to change insurance company.

Horrible customer service experience.

They use only copy and paste replies to make the experience robotic and not personalized. Which make a dialog hard to keep interesting.

All the sudden they start spamming you every second or third day that they think you have changed identity because of unknown reasons and require, not requesting, that you provide once again your personal information to them. Or they will block your account.

This information is VERY CLEAR and cannot be misunderstood. So since I never complied I was very well aware that my account would be closed. But still they kept spamming until I responded and asked them to stop spamming me, which they didn't.

I was unable to withdraw my funds at this point, so they are now sitting on them.

I would recommend that you stay as far away as possible from this company, because all of the sudden, for no reason, you are no longer who you say you are. You are completely in the mercy of their support team.

For each spam received, my willingness to stay customer went smaller and smaller. There are way better services out there , even the bad ones are better.

EU regulation mandates that we must keep a current (valid) form of ID on file for all our customers per the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, Article 9, Paragraph 17 and also under EU AML Directive Article 14, Paragraph 5

You made it very clear you did not wish to provide that information - which is your absolute right. Because of that, however, we had no choice but to terminate your account with us.

We’re very sad to see you go but we have a responsibility to all of our remaining customers to follow the law.

Failed delivery, delivery car was 100 meters away.

Got SMS around 16 in the afternoon, filled all information they requested. I got a preliminary time of 22 (last delivery of the day?) anyhow, time went and time become 22:30, started following the car and there was 4 deliveries before me, so waited a bit longer. I checked again around 22:55, and the car was returning to the terminal with "One delivery before me". Just for fun, followed the car and the chauffeur took its time back to terminal, stopped at KFC to get some food. The car was literally 100 meters away from my home. I was awake specifically for this pharmacy package since it needed my ID for delivery. Didn't even get a notice that they didn't even try to deliver. Now I get the message "Failed delivery, you will receive an SMS with information.". I am yet to receive an SMS.

BEST used to be a great service, but lately their quality has become very bad.

Sends out duplicate bills, reminds you after a year.

This fraudulent company sends out duplicate bills and uses bad practices to get them paid. 11 months ago I had a conversation with them about this which I thought was solved. I have the proofs of the resolution in the mail history and the transactions from my internet bank.

Now 11 months later - they send me a reminder of the same duplicate bill and they have also added interest on the amount, making it even more expensive.

Opening a ticket with their support just makes them close the ticket without any response or notification, tried contacting them again, twice, about this situation. They show no interest into solving this.

I can only believe they wish not to be in business for much longer. My best guess is they want to create badwill and we will have to meet in court.

Account suspended after 2 mintues of activity, brand new account. No communication at all from Etsy. Take your business elsewhere!

The clearly do not want any more customers or sellers on their platform. This has become so clear as glass.
