Worst customer service
Today I called Folksam for help with a payment that they owed me. Within 10 seconds of my call, the support lady accused me of "having a bad day", refused to listen to me and would talk over me when I tried to explain that the instructions she was giving me weren't working, and eventually hung up the phone after insisting she was trying to help me. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
On the positive, I was able to phone back and speak to a more qualified rep who did resolve my issue.
