I pay full insurance ,i have 2 times problems with my car and they dont want fix it,they are rasist and a big mafia with this insurance company,they just take the money and when you have problem they make you feel like a garbage. Rasist people

Did not delivered the services which were suppose to cover in case of damage to the car. Company is offering dodgy and shady hidden policies to save money when a customer is in need of help.

It is ridiculous to receive an invoice when you have not engaged the service. It makes one feel like it is your responsibility to pay, however I have not engaged this as a service.

My son crashed his Epa Traktor on 15th Juli 2023, until now folksam has treated us as criminals and withhold information and don't payout the car which is at the scrapyourd.
called today and still nothing, tomorrow we are going to do a police rapport for theft of our car by folksam!

We had a home insurance in Folksam. My mother broke her shoulder, and Folksam didn't wanted to pay to an old 75 years old women. She is registered on my home adress, and lives with us. Jovana Karac was my contact from Folksam. Also, my dother had an allergy on our vacation in Greece and we visited a doctor, again she was refused by Folksam for 1000 swedish crown. I had medium home insurance, and both of these cases should be covered by our home insurance. This is a big spam company, they have biggest prices compared to others, and when something happens, they know how to trick you and not pay. STAY AWAY FROM FOLKSAM!!!
Folksam is a World Class Insurance organization that takes care of its customers with full care whenever we needed it.
I am using my 2 Car insurance and home insurance since very long time and I am fully satisfied with this Organization.

6 hours and not a peep from them???
Car broke down and was promised a rental.
Had to call them since they told me if I could look online to ir be better chance so found available Cara called them back and told them, now I am told to book myself and pay 8000 I would be geting back later?????
Why don't you just get the finger out and book it for me as promised besides you told me that you would call me back within 5-10 min and nothing my family sit here stranded is 21.34 in the evening we we been waiting over 6 hours and this is how folksam treat their high paying customers.
But a lot of bad excused it is summer it is this it is that.
And that us why we have this insurance to cover when is needed not when it is NOT needed ok
Thank you for ruining our holidays plane to Tanzania now canceled 4 weeks planned over 2.5 years gone and here we sit at McDonalds halfway to Danmark Kastrup.
Ordering hotel and making claim total refund including our plante tickets = 67.000

I am really disappointed about the poor services where they were processing my case.. The case worker interpersonal skills were recognized but my rights of benefits were not achieved unfer Folksam insurance policy
