My car was towed to a workshop because it didn't start. Folksam sent tow truck. So, there was a fault in the car?
I have a car insurance which according to Folksam website claims that I should be able to rent a car. However, when contacted, they failed to help me to rent a car and told me to book myself, but they cannot guarantee that I would be reimbursed. What kind of service is this? They claim 24*7 service, but said cannot help on a Saturday?! The given contact number was also not correct according to the person who received the call..... totally disappointed

I have used Folksam car insurance for 5 years already. I have had some accidents during this time and there was never any problem with fixing the car. I just paid the deductible and the car was fixed.
Friendly, attentive, caring! I’m American, where we are taught in my assurance adjuster days to say 3 words! Don’t cover, sorry!😆refreshing?

They do not tell you this when you sign the contract. Who the hell put 1 binding year for insurance, it is per month everywhere in the world and you can cancel whenever you want. Shame!

Worst experience with an insurance company. After many years being their customer without making any claim, they find reasons to avoid paying you and get away with it. Disappointing and disgusting.

I am a folksam costumer for more than 2 years. Had an unlucky accident with my car. It was very easy to let them know about it and they were so helpful. The process was clear and easy. When I bought a new car although I had cheaper options from another insurances I decided to continue with Folksam because they were very professionla and helpful. Thank you Folksam.

What a great service I received from this company. Prompt in answering the phone. The man helping me was super friendly and helpful. You could tell he got a genuine good feeling by helping me. Slashed my insurance costs in half and we’re quick to return some money to my bank account. 10/10
very bad that people don't talk nice to me because i speak english. I was have 2 car insurance and home insurance and now I will move everything from Folksam . And is close the line when I speak English

I sent an e-mail to olycksfallsskador, regarding a case that was opened two years ago. The automatic reply said that during summer it might take longer to get a response. Three months later, I have not received any response yet. I called the customer service, but I had to wait 52 minutes until I was put in touch with a case handler.
