Tyvärr så är det lite svårt att utläsa av ditt omdöme vad det är som blir så dyrt?
Jag tänker att det är premierna du syftar till ändå. Tyvärr är det som med så mycket annat i vårt samhälle idag.

The price has increased for the next insurance year, due to our general claims costs which have increased significantly, partly due to more claims but also because the claims have become more expensive.
We understand that it´s sad when the price gets higher, so we try to increace the price as little as possible, but it´s unfortunately been necessary.

Absolutely terrible experience with Dina Försäkringar. I had home insurance with extended travel insurance, thinking I was covered in case something went wrong. Well, something did—I got sick just before my trip and had to miss two days of my vacation. When I filed a claim, they refused to cover it.
Their excuse? Since I was supposed to start the trip in my private car, but I got sick before actually getting in the car, they claimed I never "officially started" the trip. Apparently, if my car had broken down, they would have covered it—but not me, the person actually traveling!
This is beyond ridiculous. The whole point of travel insurance is to cover unexpected events, but instead, they twisted their own rules to avoid paying. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, basically telling me, “Too bad.”
Stay far away from this company unless you enjoy paying for a policy that won’t protect you when you actually need it.

Sorry to hear your disappointment with your claim.
Since we can´t see or get in to the claims matter here on Trustpilot, I would suggest that you contact our claimsdeparment directly for explanation and not our costumer service that don´t have full information in your claim.

As someone with a foreign (EU) driving license, generally the insurance companies selling car insurances want a copy to get the date that I got my driving license. They never asked. I reminded them myself, asking for a secure way to upload it to them, and that I preferred not to email. The reply was short: If I don't want to send it, then I will loose the discount and that he who emailed already removed the discount and informed me of the new much higher insurance premium.
In summary, they are blackmailing me to email the copy of my driving license. This must go against some Swedish laws, in any case human decency, and certainly goes against the EU GDPR.
This is so uncalled for. There may be some misunderstanding, but still that does not warrant such a reply. First chance I get, I will leave this insurance company.

It is of course important for us to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to GDPR. I would recommend that you contact our customer service to see if there may be another way you can securely send a copy of your driver's license.

I changed my car insurance from Dina to Trygg Hansa and merged it with my home insurance in June 2024. The guy at Trygg Hansa informed me that Dina will get notified and it will be changed automatically. I even got a new offer from Dina with lower prices since they knew I changed to a new insurance starting Decmber 1st. I still got a charge from Dina försakring on Dec02 not with the lower price that they offered but the same price. Isn't that ridiculous. You're insuring an already insured car and while you send a new offer for the whole next year, you still go ahead and charge me the same price and take advantage of the autogiro. I need you guys to credit the amount back to me asap cos its become a scam at this point.

Tyvärr så verkar det som att det har blivit någon form av missuppfattning här.
Precis som du skriver så har du möjlighet att byta försäkringbolag vid förnyelsen. Däremot så sker det inte automatiskt.
Har det bolaget du byter till informerat dig om att din försäkring hos oss kommer att avslutas så är det deras ansvar att se till att den gör det. För att kunna avsluta försäkringen hos oss så kommer det nya bolaget att skicka en uppsägning till oss, varpå vi avslutar din försäkring från förnyelsen. Tillvägagångssättet är likadant oavsett försäkringsbolag.

Cannot cancel my home insurance
I am unable to cancel my home insurance before the due date of 1 year. There is nothing binding written in the policy. It says it can be cancelled any time but they dont accept to cancel it before the due date. So terribly missleading company, terrible customer service.

I´m sorry to hear your disappointment about us.
The contract for homeinsurnace is valid/binding for 1 year. Unless if you for example move out. If you want to change company you can only do that on your principal due date, that date you can find in the terms of agreement in the insurance letter.
Maybe our costumerservice has missunderstod you, contact us if you wanted to end your insurance for other reason than change of company.
