Worst client service for non-swedish speaking. I cant get reimbursement for shady reasons and I pay quite a lot per year

I'm really sorry you feel that way. There should never be any uncertanties as to why we make the decision we do in a claim, and it should always be in line with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
