Reported damage was never followed up
Reporting damage that the other party was responsible, got told that we had to wait for correspondence from the other parties insurance company in order to continue with repairs, after three months we had heard nothing to call Folksam back. They had closed the case and not informed us that WE were responsible to call the other insurance company. They completely ignored us and this is unacceptable and lack of respect. This could have been handled way better, and the guy on the phone should not have hanged up on me... So time to change insurance company.
