This is an example of the constant solistation from fortrade to buy the market which was clearly wrong as the market fell 20% to the April lows after this email yet the compliance department does not hold fortrade guilty of false advertising. Note that when I complained my account was closed. To do well on this platform one must ignore the constant calls and emails.
Date of email: Fri, 10 Jan 2025 at 8:34,
Dear Mr. Lynch,
We believe that you are already aware of the current market dynamics, but we would like to draw your attention to an exceptional opportunity expected in the next 7 weeks.
Expectations for Index and Stock Growth: The upcoming period is highly favorable for investments as the market is preparing for growth, and key indices and stocks are showing positive trends. Analyses and market indicators suggest a significant increase in value in the coming months, especially in the sector of American indices and stocks that are currently undervalued. 225 companies are expected to release their data in the next 7 weeks, and our analysis and statistics team will process the expectations each week and prepare 3 to 5 reports!
Looking at the movement of the indices during the previous period when Donald Trump was inaugurated, the indices increased, with USA100 rising 5.56%, USA500 rising 3.99%, and USA30 increasing by 4.89% in the first month! Additionally, the earnings season (which we are entering now!) is a period where indices see significant growth. Here are the average growth rates for 2023 and 2024 during the earnings season: USA100 4.98%, USA500 3.52%, and USA30 2.98%! It is important to note that this year, both the inauguration period of Trump and the earnings season coincide at the same time, right now!
Let us give you an example through calculation: If you were to trade just one index, for example USA100, and if it increased by the average growth from the two statistics above, it would be a growth of 5.27%! This means that if you traded with 10 contracts (1 lot), and the price increased by 5.27%, which is a rise of 1,121 points, the potential profit would be 11,210$, just from one index! With $5,000 in your account, you could bear a price change of $500 against you, which is not expected to happen during this time period, on the contrary. This calculation is for just one instrument, out of many that are expected in the next 7 weeks!
Why is this the right opportunity for you?
Strategic Investments: We offer you the opportunity to invest in stocks and indices expected to significantly grow in the coming weeks.
Security and Stability: With our expert team, you can rely on receiving detailed analyses. In the next 7 weeks, you can expect to receive +/-25 analyses for indices and stocks.
Short-Term and Long-Term Opportunities: In addition to short-term growth, there is also potential for long-term gains, which allows you to diversify your portfolio.
If you want to learn more about investment opportunities or consult with us about potential actions during this exciting period, feel free to contact us. Our team is ready to provide you with all the necessary information and support.
Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your portfolio and achieve significant profits!
Best regards,
Danny Zekic

I must admit that the platform and the information provided is useful to assist you to make money. However, the Senior Account Managers are not there to assist to make money. The Senior Account Managers are scammers. The names of a few of them are
Alexander Djoric,
Mila Bubalo,
Philip Milosev.
If you have these people to advise you will be under pressure to succeed in making money. Note that the compliance department will only defend their sinister behavior see the compliance department response:
Trading these products involves the risk of loss as well as the potential for profit.
2.1. Do not invest in CFDs with money you cannot afford to lose. An investment in CFDs carries a high degree of risk to the investor and, due to fluctuations in value, the investor may not get back the amount he has invested.
2.2. Be Aware: You can lose all, but not more than the balance of your Trading Account.
2.3. If the market moves adversely, you risk total loss of your cash, including margins and any additional funds deposited with us to maintain your position. You may be called on to increase your margin by substantial amounts at short notice to maintain your position, failing which we may have to liquidate your position at a loss for which you would be liable.”
Note my account was closed when I complained about the evil behavior of the above account managers. You are better off trading with a margin level of 10,000% and never taking the calls of these so call senior account managers, this is the only way to make money on this platform.

Heard the call and.. yeah, didn't feel right.
Glad I was around before anything went further.
We have decided to stick with VAST reach (invest). Built for excellence and things feel more grounded there.

Had an interview with these guys and the person interviewing me didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there. No enthusiasm as if they were reading off a script. There was no way I was going to go back if my first impression of the company was that. They seriously need to humble themselves after the numerous amount of customer complaints they receive daily.

After many years of telling them to go away and blocking their number, they still keep contacting me.

Terrible company. I got talked into having a phone consultation which I terminated midway. I must have had a dozen phone calls that day, voice mails and emails. I rang twice to tell them to remove my details and emailed. Nothing has stopped. Do not touch with a barge pole.

I already withdraw some money back in the months, but now When i wanna close the whole thing, they dont let me take the leftover money, i already texted the support, wrote them emails, but no answer.

0 these unprofessional people phone me all the time off different numbers saying I have an account, despite never opening one.
It never gets past that point as they instantly become bullying and intimidating. I have never known any company ever to be able to speak to anyone like this. It’s clearly common practice by how many people have spoken to me like that. I instantly hang up.
It’s got to the point now that I have contacted the financial ombudsman as they’ve obtained my details illegally and are behaving unprofessionally. If they contact me again I will hire a solicitor as I’m sick and tired of this harassment as well as you being in violation of GDPR regulations as I have asked you to stop contacting multiple times. I will also be contacting the police as harassment is a crime.
EDIT DO NOT FOLLOW UP DELETE MY DETAILS AS PER GDPR REGULATIONS THERES NO CLEARER WAY TO TELL YOU THIS. IF I AM CONTACTED AGAIN I WILL BE TAKING ACTION

Dressed up scam do not waste your money or time. No legal registered broker or platform would take your purchased stocks from YOUR account. After two months of consistent calls finally decided to try them with the US $100 13th May 2025. All of a sudden a lot of available trade items from the demo account disappeared with the real account (First sign of scam). Was given a bonus US $40 for depositing US $100 to trade (Second sign of scam). Bought AA stock at $12.XX, stock dropped to US $11.XX, got call few days later from "senior account manager" trying to convince me to deposit more money (Third sign of scam) and tells me I bought when stock price was high and when your account drops to some "technical termed level" you lose your money. So said so done and my stock purchase and money disappeared on the 21st May 2025 to US $0.00. Of course I would not have read through the agreement, that i agreed to, so they probably could legally take my money.

Disgusting human beings profiting off the vulnerable. Asked my father multiple questions and luckily I stepped in. I have never spoken to anyone with such insane attitude. Never been spoken to like that. Immoral scum of the world. Karma is coming for all you and I say that with my whole heart. I can’t imagine the poor elders who will maybe use this service. The only reason for your attitude is because your all sat in India. Not even sure how they exist as the whole company is a scam.

Bad company!!! The web site written in my user name / bio photo helped in retrieving my refund of $10,000 that I had invested to scam company

I signed up because I wanted to use the platform. The platform was very overwhelming so decided against using it. But it has been 2 years and their calls haven't stopped.
When I request them to call they become rude and tell me it is my fault I signed up. Super toxic company.

I opened a demo account a long time ago with them, I never used it. They called me and we had a long discussion, I told them I am not interested in their service for now, and to please not call me again. Yet they keep calling me from different numbers so it's not possible to block, even though on each call I told them I am not interested. Reporting them to the authorities, but meanwhile, people stay away or use a disposable number to subscribe to them

This is a crap company, if you want to lose your money then use them. They are supposed to be the experts but they make sure that the advice they give you is your decision, carefully worded crooks and if enough people get together this company will be closed down.

They don't return your calls when signed up to the 'academy'. I literally sat in over on hour yesterday, waiting for 'Danish'(directly from his email, that he would call me at 10.15 to give a call; he didn't, and he didn't again today). Can I have my £100 credit card refunded please? I initially wanted to play around with the 'free' £10k, but was 'encouraged' to make a deposit. I'm not gambling away my life, and I want my money back. They tell you, it's not gambling, but it absolutely is.
Edit: When *DaNesh* (that's how it's pronounced) called, he claimed I was 'too busy' to take his first instruction -I never had that first phone call.
I've made a few quid on the dummy, but they have £100 of my money, real money. I want it back.

Signed up for a quick look, and initially i was like "This is alright, i might come back to this when i have more time"
Before i'd even had a chance to jump back on what proceeded was multiple phone calls, 3 of which were unanswered, but by the 4th i'd assumed it'd be something important so i answered.
It was Fortrade, and despite me saying on the phone not really interested and no time, they still tried to talk over me.
Unsolicitied phone calls have to be the worst sales tactic you can employ in todays standards.
No idea why or who thought it would be a good idea to start harrassing customers the moment they signed up, but that's enough to put me off ever coming back.
Anyone would think they're paid on how many clients picked up that day.. thats how desperate it felt.
A big NOPE from me.
P.S - Trading212 seem to have an appropriate level of communication, no phone calls and the odd informative email now and again, nothing like what was experienced here.

I had a very bad experience with Fortrade. Their service is extremely unprofessional. My account margin was low, so I deposited money using my credit card expecting it to reflect immediately—just like it does with other platforms like Forex Trading. But Fortrade kept holding the money for over 24 hours multiple times, which caused my account to stop out. This seems intentional so they can wipe out the balance.
Also, this is not a true Canadian platform, even though it may appear to be. If you look closely, their trade commissions are much higher than other brokers. I strongly advise traders to be cautious. Based on my experience, I will never recommend Fortrade to anyone.

Getting spammed with calls from these people. Avoid them like the ex you never want to see again, yes, they're THAT bad.

I have been using Fortrade for a while now and had a simple query regarding my account usage. I sent a polite email to the Fortrade support team, my assigned account manager, and the representative (Arslan) who helped create my account.
It’s been several days, but I have not received any response from any of them — not even an acknowledgment. This is very disappointing for a platform that claims to be professional and regulated.
As a genuine client, I expect timely communication, especially when it comes to account-related concerns. If support doesn't respond even after multiple follow-ups, it raises doubts about the platform’s seriousness towards its clients.
I hope this review gets the attention of Fortrade’s team and that they improve their client support urgently.
