ordered item online ( apparently you…

ordered item online ( apparently you have to have a passport or a drivers licence to produce to collect your product..
shop wouldnt hand over the product and advised i cancel it...i canceled the order online... month later i realised they didnt refund and continued to have the money on flex/creations , i tried canceling again realizing it didn't cancel, it said i cant cancel it now, so i had to get intouch with a call center to have them to make sure it gets canceled. nightmare...improve your online system, infact warn people before they buy they will be rejected if they dont drive and travel!

Very unprofessional cold callers.

WONT STOP CALLING....

USING DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO TRICK YOU INTO TAKING CALLS....

EMAILING CONSTANTLY....
Remove my details... also read most of your replys to the other negative comments its always the same thing, sorry this isnt standard for our service will be investigating etc etc.... yet the number of people saying the same thing and the problems still happen, your clearly changing NOTHING...

So I get a parcel from China

So I get a parcel from China , flawless , it’s value £170, then after it arrives in the uk Royal Mail pick it up to take it on its rest of its journey … to my house , well so far apparently using tracked 48 , it arrives in Heathrow , it leaves … gets taken back to Heath row … leaves … gets taken back yet again ! Then I get a message saying due to an error they kept sending it back , rerouting it so it’s posted to you … this was 4 days ago, it’s still saying it’s at Heath row , decided to bite the bullet and ring Royal Mail, 50 min wait to be told , yeah they did a mixup at Heathrow.. wait a few days maybe it will change … well done customer service 🤦‍♂️😆 China gets it all the way here flawless … in less time than Royal Mail can collect it from an airport in the same country 🫡

Amazed By The Performance and Price!

I've been a long term customer of 123 reg...Unfortunately they are shutting down the VPS options but I'm actually super happy upon discovering Nordblade, Amazing speed, Systems perfect, Customer support I cant fault it! - I take servers very seriously and been with 123 reg for years - If your looking to migrate I highly recommend!
Way faster than 123 reg, Support is better, and the price is a fraction of what i was paying!

Where do i start.

Where do i start.. at first my vps got hit by ransomware everything was encrypted, explained this to 123reg, ( were sorry this happened, dont share your password to anyone.. ( i never share my passwords.)... so i asked could i change my ip? they said no.. only way to do this is purchasing another vps.
then my web hosting panel stopped working, they said we will have one of our technical team to look into this as they have never seen this before, ( basically i couldn't access my website nor could i access files via the 123reg website anymore. after waiting a day, i had to bite the bullet and reset my account loosing that site with over 700 members... once reset the system fixed its self and started working again, then 123reg were quick to email we have fixed the problem,, unknown to them,,, i had fixed it by resetting my own account and sacrificing my website..

so this was my vps and web hosting accounts damaged

then after this big odeal... i started again from scratch, purchased yet another vps, started working on the services again, after a few weeks working on it, all of a sudden my password didnt work for the vps, contacted 123 reg , they said it works fine for them... after spending days trying to access the server, using multiple computers to try, contacted them again, and they said the password you are using is this right? ( blahblah****blah, ) i said no... the dashboard is giving me a different password?
they said oh the website is giving you the wrong password, we cant help you, ring this number...

so right now while i write this... im on hold waiting to talk to their team for help once again... would be nice to at least reimburse me with something for all the trouble, but so far not 1 offer of anything like this.

to the reprehensive thats about to reply to this review, dont just copy and paste the same thing you do to all the other negative reviews.. ive talked to your ( help team many times )

as many sorrys as i hear.. you have no idea how much work and time has been wasted for me to do repairs to this and loss's ( so far each and every error recently no matter how big they were, no talk of reimburses, just a reply of, ok it should be working now sir. Don't get me wrong the people working there are brilliant and friendly, but the problems that occur are so frustrating.

update, on the phone they supplied me with another password, as always no offer of any reimbursement nor an apology )

Thanks for the review. Ransomware is never a good sight to see and we're sorry to have heard this has happened to you. For us, VPS passwords are only stored in the original form, so any changes made to the password will not update on our side, this is to ensure that your self managed private server is kept at a higher level of security.

To expand on this further, the nature of a VPS is to not only provide you with a dedicated IP address but also the freedom to make any changes you wish at the root level for custom configurations.

I'm sorry to hear that our colleagues were not able to assist, however, VPS packages are a self-managed product and variables that entail that are not directly supported, especially when considering ransomware.
