They don't return your calls when…

They don't return your calls when signed up to the 'academy'. I literally sat in over on hour yesterday, waiting for 'Danish'(directly from his email, that he would call me at 10.15 to give a call; he didn't, and he didn't again today). Can I have my £100 credit card refunded please? I initially wanted to play around with the 'free' £10k, but was 'encouraged' to make a deposit. I'm not gambling away my life, and I want my money back. They tell you, it's not gambling, but it absolutely is.
Edit: When *DaNesh* (that's how it's pronounced) called, he claimed I was 'too busy' to take his first instruction -I never had that first phone call.
I've made a few quid on the dummy, but they have £100 of my money, real money. I want it back.

New Baby Gift

I chose the rose basket and bear gift for my daughter, who had just given birth to a little girl, our granddaughter. I paid £39 for this gift, including a balloon and delivery.
I was working on the computer on the date of delivery, and was surprised to receive an email stating that you had tried, without success to contact me about a 'slight change' to my order, and rather than hold up the order any more (this was morning) you would go ahead with the delivery with the 'changed' item. This was quite strange, as the telephone is next to the computer, and the only person to ring was my daughter, the intended recipient. In hindsight I should have complained right away that the substitute item was a Flaming Katy instead of the pink rose that I had ordered. I'm pretty sure that they are not like for like for value, as I purchased a Flaming Katy for £1.99 from Lidl not so long ago. I guess you live and learn. I probably won't be using your services again.
