Do not; I repeat; DO NOT give this company your details. Despite MULPTIPLE attempts to ask them to remove me from their database, requesting it on the website, emailing etc, they still cold call with a sales pitch. I don't know what else to say to them so I just hang up, list as spam and then block the endless different mobile numbers they call on.
Zero stars if that was an option.

I have had an amount of £20 come off my account and I have never heard of Leo Vegas. Would love to know how you accessed my bank details! Had to freeze my bank card and order a new one because of this!

I wanted to ensure my contract ending at the end of the month would be the same as cancelling my contract as I have found elsewhere at 3 times the speed for the same price for broadband... chatted with Ahmed.
Completely inappropriate customer service... asking me what my weekend plans are, how I use my broadband, and these side smiley faces (like this :) ) which is simply unprofessional. How old is he? 12?
I asked to cancel my contract and he gives a whole lot of sales pitch BS, so I asked again to please just deal with the matter at hand to no avail. Eventually he got the message after I had to be completely direct with him that I am closing my account, end of.
Please train your customer services... it is just unnecessary to feel like I'm dealing with a teenager to get something done.

This is in no way a personal opinion of the character of the owner. I actually ordered from them as I had read that people were unfairly reviewing this company due to the owners participation in a popular dating show.
I ordered a small delivery of sweets (for around £25) and it was short delivered. Despite numerous attempts at contacting the company, and with evidence that the Facebook messages have been read, I have yet to receive a response weeks later. It's sad, as I would have been a loyal customer.
This was a trial run purchase and I work at a school, so it really is a pity.
**Edit - about 5 weeks after receiving the sweets I was refunded the short delivery, so I have added a star to the rating. I probably won't order again though.

I have just returned from a holiday in Menorca to a resort called Minura Sur. I went with another agency, but I just HAVE to write a review about the Tui rep at the hotel. Her name is Fiona, and she is an absolute asset to the company!! The warmest, most engaging person I have met in years! TUI, I really do hope you treasure this gem of a person!

Wanted to change my debit order date to just 3 days later and no number to call, so I chatted to a bot... 2 days later I still haven't had a response. Got another quote of just over £20/month cheaper so now I want to cancel my policy with Marshmallow... wonder how long this will take. I can't imagine having to make a claim! God forbid!

You have to wager your DEPOSIT 35x. So if you deposit £10 you have to wager a total of £350 to get the bonus offer. They match your deposit up to £150 as well, so to get that you’d need to wager over £5000!!

So deposit £10, wager a total of £350 (achieving this without losing your £10 will be difficult with any casino) and after that they’ll give you £10 and fifty 10p spins. It is by far the worst welcome offer I have ever seen!
