I already withdraw some money back in the months, but now When i wanna close the whole thing, they dont let me take the leftover money, i already texted the support, wrote them emails, but no answer.

After speaking to your account manager, he explained that he has tried to contact you over the phone and sent you an email.
The explanation we have from him is that we always transfer money back to the source it was deposited from, so the withdrawal must be done through different means.
