Total scammers

We would give a minus 10 if we could.This company have the inhuman knack of picking up on a vulnerability and then exploiting it.My husband was in this group,just trying to boost his pittance of a pension This company used this,despite many attempts and requests,they have ignored any withdrawals.You may now reply to this review but whatever you reply will not compensate for the anguish you have caused.I know you are professional scammers and have little or no empathy for your clients. As his partner.I will now make it my job to ensure this does not happen to any other vulnerable client.I will be reporting this company.Please,unless you wish to make a donation to scammers .com, do not use this company

Arvia re fit…

IM still awaiting a reply to a complaint we had on a cruise on Azura in March 2025.The ship was due a refit following our cruise....or so we were led to believe.However,that refit started on the Friday,the day before we disembarked ship.During the day,there were several areas cordoned off with no explanation,places with plastic over the carpets with no hazard signs,out balcony was flooded meaning we couldn't use it.There was then a public announcement advising us not to use our balconies...Why .because they were doing a crane lift..over the ship!!.There was absolutely no consideration for health and safety at all.Then there was a constant parade of construction workers through the sun deck.As if this was mot enough,to add to the debacle,we were "thrown off 'the ship 2 hours before we could even check in at the airport and had to STAND for 2 hours to await check in.P&O response....zero,nothing,nada.
We have booked another cruise in November(unfortunately before we booked this one) and I am now dreading it looking at all the reviews
We have done several cruises in the past and have to say P&O your standards are plummeting and there are baby companies who are right behind you

Re customer service

Re customer service
We purchase a brand new caravan from this company in November 2023.The sales department were excellent and couldn't do enough.That where it ends.The caravan needed some warranty work.Six months later it has gone in for said work and have now been told(denied of course) that it may be in the workshop for"several weeks"I appreciate that parts need to be ordered and workforce is limited.What I dont appreciate is the total rude,obstructive, defensive way we are dealt with. It is our customer right to try to find a resolution and to speak to a manager if that's the case.I do not appreciate being told that his behaviour is as a result of mine.
I feel it is more important to have a robust after sales service as problems inevitably happen.This is not the case with this company and I would think twice before purchasing simply because of the obstructive behaviour of the service department,backed up by general manager

Set off well but cant sustain…

I have had gusto for a few months.Intially they were really good.The meals are excellent ,portion size is small for the price.However,thhe last couple of months have been an issue. I had one box which had no recipe cards in,missing ingredients and fresh ingredients that were so rotten I had to discard them.I contacted customer service and promised a refund which never happened.Then,this week I am receiving 2 boxes but wasn't aware of one of them,exactly the same but 1 is £8more expensive,no joy from customer service,of course its my fault,offer of a small refund but we'll see

Poor after sales

Bought a couple of caravans from this company,the sales team are brilliant,helpful and knowledgeable. However,we bought a brand new caravan and have a warranty issue.Five weeks later and the service team haven't even had the courtesy to phone with any update.We are still waiting.It is no use having a company with such a positive sales team,only to be faced by poor quality after sales team .

Fiatvision scammers

Do not use this company.They are scammers.We have lost thousands of pounds and highly unlikely to get it back. We were hoping to invest in our future,instead we have lost everything.They prey on the vulnerable,draw you in ,promise massive profit and a decent
drawdown but if you don't play their games,you get NO money, they want their "loan" back and make many,many phone calls per day asking for more and more money.They really are not interested in where this come from.
They claim they are registered with Mwali International Services Authority...doesn't exist. Licence number.....fake.Registered as Global Investment Ltd....fake doesn't exist and has been investigated
I know there is probably very little we can do but,hopefully this review will go some way to preventing these scammers from effecting another vulnerable person

Warranty issue…

I would definitely think twice before buying from this company.They tend to be overpriced, their selling point seems to be that they offer a 5 year warranty.The reality is that the 5 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.There are so many terms and conditions that it is near on impossible to apply. They try to get out of even discussing anything to do with the warranty.I didn't even get as far as requesting an engineer to assess my broken appliance.Customer service was rude and obstructive from the outset,not even answering the telephone with the name of the company. Needless to say,I am now in the process of having to replace broken appliance

I also ordered kids wooden kitchen only to be told 3 days later it is out of stock.When I go onto website,said kitchen is still available.Clearly some sort of scam going on because they still holding my money.So near to Christmas and people struggling financially SHAME ON YOU
And just an update.Received the standard we've reached out to you response...I dont want to be "reached out to" Said kitchen is still being advertised as available so just deliver the goods

Extortionate prices and very very slow refund

I ordered a dress which when I looked elsewhere was £60 cheaper.The clothes I did order were creased and quite frankly not worth the extortionate prices charged. I sent them back and still awaiting a refund of £247, 16 days later. I have now been told it will be at least another couple of days.This is totally unacceptable when you order clothes from other companies, cheaper and have a refund within 14 days. Ordering on line is now unavoidable as many stores have closed so it really frustrates me when companies like this take advantage. Having looked at consumer Rights Act…guess what….. a refund has to be issued within 14 days of return so…..dodgy

APPALLING and second rate

APPALLING and second rate
We ordered furniture from AH and our journey has been so stressful. Part of our furniture never arrived and had to be cancelled weeks after it was ordered. When the other furniture was finally delivered it was assembled wrong so we had to get them back to re assemble it.One piece of furniture was faulty and had to be replaced but after several debates. On top of all this, 12 months later, two of the chairs we bought have developed a fault. AH are soooo specialised that they can decide that there is nothing wrong with them and one of them has a worn cushion ( which it definitely HAS NOT) by three photographs sent from a mobile phone. If you are up for a challenge then do buy from AH

Scam company.I ordered some clothes which arrived so I thought ok I’ll order some more which I did.They have taken the money out of my account but no order and I can’t find it anywhere on my account.As for contacting customer service …rubbish the address does not exist….. Shein DO NOT contact me on here with fake addresses I have tried to contact you on the address you have put on here ….it does not exist

Be very careful with these underhand scammers .I unwittingly subscribed to these instead of renewing my car tax.I not even sure how it happened ….very clever.luckily I have now blocked them so no more payments
