I signed up because I wanted to use the…

I signed up because I wanted to use the platform. The platform was very overwhelming so decided against using it. But it has been 2 years and their calls haven't stopped.
When I request them to call they become rude and tell me it is my fault I signed up. Super toxic company.

These guys are scamsters

These guys are scamsters. I ordered 30-day access to Nuffield at Baltimore Wharf and the access was not activated. Initiatially I was told it will be instantly activated, and then they said it can take 24-48 hours. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is.
Their customer agents are rude, and they close the chat citing waiting for your response in seconds. Another scam. And you have to do this all over again.
As I speak I have spend £75 pounds at Classpass, and I am still paying £15/day to workout. Cancelled my classpass membership.
Stay away if you can.
