Sent damaged goods with no resolution…

They sent me a bodyboard which had multiple dents all over the board. I sent an email with photos only for two days later for them to ask for photos of the item!!!
Never again I could have bought a secondhand one in better condition than what they sent out

Ordered on 2nd June it is now the 6th…

Ordered on 2nd June it is now the 6th June and order still processing and they don’t do orders over weekend so will have been waiting a week with no order. When I phoned them they said there system had been down and they were inundated with orders. Ridiculous never had this problem and will be going elsewhere in future.

0 these unprofessional people phone me all the time off different numbers saying I have an account, despite never opening one.
It never gets past that point as they instantly become bullying and intimidating. I have never known any company ever to be able to speak to anyone like this. It’s clearly common practice by how many people have spoken to me like that. I instantly hang up.
It’s got to the point now that I have contacted the financial ombudsman as they’ve obtained my details illegally and are behaving unprofessionally. If they contact me again I will hire a solicitor as I’m sick and tired of this harassment as well as you being in violation of GDPR regulations as I have asked you to stop contacting multiple times. I will also be contacting the police as harassment is a crime.

EDIT DO NOT FOLLOW UP DELETE MY DETAILS AS PER GDPR REGULATIONS THERES NO CLEARER WAY TO TELL YOU THIS. IF I AM CONTACTED AGAIN I WILL BE TAKING ACTION

Pointless

I have money sat there thats not moved to being able to withdraw. One of my purchases hasn't gone through registered a missing claim which apparently is on ice until March!!!!! Then I will have to wait 8-12 weeks for it to go from pending to withdraw. So something I bought in December I won't be able to withdraw until June! That's 6 months. It's ridiculous. I have money just sat in pending or confirmed for month but no actual payable cashback. Pointless

If cashback is incorrect, untracked or declined we would need to go through the missing cashback claims process with the retailers affiliate network. This would include allowing for any validation periods the affiliate networks sets before we send the claim for review of eligibility.

For tracked cashback that is pending or confirmed our team will be on the case for as for cashback to become payable we would need to be confirmed as eligible and then be passed the funds to be able to get this to members, as mentioned on our site information.

We are successful at getting members cashback and the moment we can we will update your account to update you and show the progress made.

Useless

Ordered a sim card took over a week to arrive. Card wouldn't link with account had to phone customer service where I asked for my account to be linked and for my old number to be transferred. Told both of these would be done within 24 hours. 30 hours still nothing phoned back nothing had been done so basically was lied to. Was then told my old number would be tomorrow after 5pm and my account was linked. Have no idea what she's done as apparently my email address isn't linked to an Asda mobile and my mobile is linked but won't tell me where to. I spelt everything to her including morse code. It's not rocket science to set up a sim card yet 2 customer service advisors later still not been done. Needless to say I have inserted my old Tesco sim back in and will be sticking with them

The worst travel insurance ever underwritten by reactive claims. Had a bleed in breast consultant told me not to fly. Got G.P to fill in form, sent off all documents and nothing. Emailed and nothing. Am now going through ombudsman they're a joke

I have had two surgeries here (the…

I have had two surgeries here (the first by a Dr who no longer works there). She was good but the clinic staff upstairs were questionable. I was put in a room and told to shave my armpits when I asked why they told me that's what is needed for breast implants, fine but I was having a facial procedure. They then realised there error and put me in a different room. The nurses (not sure if that's what they are) were lacking in empathy and quite simply rude and gave me a pill to prepare me for my surgery. Little did I know this was a sleeping pill!
They swiftly wanted me out of the bed on discharge and kept asking me when the taxi was coming.
My second surgery was by Dr Lhotsky which I was looking forward to as I had heard great things. However during the consultation I didn't feel consulted. I found him arrogant, disinterested in my thoughts and just wanted to serve his ego and anyway of making more money off me as possible for instance I was quoted for lipo but he said I will take a bit off most patients like to come.back for several sessions! Not when they're flying in from different country they don't, therefore I didn't get what I paid for. The result is passable. The nursing staff this time were a little better but the buzzer didn't work, I again was given the pill to make me sleep!!! And despite having to stay in an extra night I wasn't fit to be discharged, yet they did - no doubt they needed the room.
I do need other surgery and I have opted for another clinic after these experiences combined. There are other clinics that don't charge as much that offer better. You don't always get what you pay for.

Rubbish, save your money

They arrived well packaged and that's the only positive I can say. Followed the instructions to the letter and the lashes do not stay on. Absolute waste of money. I think they've just sent out a lot of free pairs to influencers who have promoted these as they're the worst lashes. Can't use them, they're useless. Save your money.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish
If you don't pay by direct debit they mither you all the time for payment. There bills don't make sense compared to other companies and I'm sure they just pick numbers out of thina air. My energy bills have NEVER been this expensive. Customer services are rude and despite me submitting a reading because I didn't pay the day I submitted the reading (was waiting 4 days for pay day) this was only one month's energy by the way they send me out a letter saying g it has to be paid in 14 days and the encouragement of using a credit card to pay the bill if I couldn't afford it! Which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
If you pay by direct debit then I'm sure they won't treat you like this as they'll be conning you one way or another but pay on receipt of bill they're the WORST COMPANY EVER

Never again

Ordered prints on 20th august said they would arrive by 25th. 27th still not here won’t let me contact them until 29th. Absolute joke. Never again. If these prints have gone missing they have my children and my address on them which is a huge safeguarding issue
