Another victim of this scam. It was too late for me after seeing Trust Pilot reviews because I had already paid my $1. I also declined all Bubbi's plan options but did want successful results for wha... See more

This company is using underhand ways to trick you into a subscription. You think you are paying £1 to enhance a picture, when in fact hidden in the conditions is an agreement to sign a monthly subscription for £29. You cancel the subscription, but they keep the money! Beware all users, this company is dishonest in the way they conduct their affairs.
scammers they charged me for 1$ then I…
scammers they charged me for 1$ then I got charged 55$ cad later like if I subscribed for their services
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. DO NOT USE. A very deceptive process whereby a subscription fee is charged without ever being requested or authorised. I have lodged a complaint with the company and lodged a dispute with my bank. This review will be updated once a response is received. UPDATE All credit to Visa. Three emails to company - response was “your problem”. Visa Credit reversed the charges. This site should be shut down.
Complete Scam
As everyone else says, complete scam. I purchased a single photo for £1. A week later I had a £29 charge and had no idea what it was for. Thinking I must have missed something I searched my emails and there was NO email about signing up for a subscription and definitely no reminder email that I would be charged. Should be illegal. I now have to contact my bank and hope they stop the payment.
Do not use this app ever!!
Do not use this app ever! You might think you’re making a one time purchase but you’re actually signing up for a subscription! I got charged $35 and only found out after my bank contacted me!!
Steer clear!
Steer clear!! Total scammers, charged me £1 to remove a watermark from a picture online which I was happy to pay, then they tried to take £30 recurring payments, fortunately my bank declined the request from these thieves.
£1 Trial? More like £1 SCAM.
A hidden £29 per month charge is stated when purchasing a £1 Trial, which turns out, isn’t a trial - you’re just signing up to the app. The £29 is still then charged even if you cancel the subscription - I’m now forced to contact my bank and Citizens Advice to get the money back. Awful.
DO NOT USE!!
DO NOT USE!!
There was no notice about a $35 monthly subscription for using the service just one time for a $1 fee. I did not receive any confirmation email regarding my “account” or “subscription”. This company is in Malta and they are happy to tell you that their pricing is “clearly stated” when you pay your $1 fee. This company uses AI and is very capable of making their pricing policy say anything they want it to say when they want to say it. Complete scam. DO NOT USE!
Do Not Use
Another one who was tricked into the £1 trial which then signs up for a £30 a month subscription. Shocking service and unwilling to compromise on a refund.
Absolute disgrace, Charged without accepting
Absolute disgrace, no mention of subscription, probably in tiny small print. I paid 1 euro for a photo, and you took my card and signed me up for a month. Only noticed when I checked my account. Complete scam business
This has to be illegal
This has to be illegal - hidden $59 monthly fee when you think you're buying a $1 file! Absolutely disgraceful and very dishonest business practice. The image I downloaded however looks amazing - althought I thought I was paying $1, ended up costing me $60 through the sneaky 'subscription' I was tricked into. Imagine running a business that only makes money by deceiving people... Just charge fairer prices per image and I'd be happy to use the service. Now everyone who uses your app feels ripped off!! Great business plan 👍
SCAMMED
SCAMMED. I paid $1 to resize an image to 300 dpi. It didn't even do it. Seven days later $55 was taken from my account.
Experience was great, but expect a monthly payment plan
Experience was great, I had my image enhanced. I paid the £1.00. Then I get a notification that £29.00 was attempted. Then today on 18/09/2025 - they took off £14.50. I have now cancelled the account. I was happy to pay the £1.00 for the image rendering done, but not happy to continue paying after the task was done.
Do Not Use. Deceptive Practices
Very deceptive practices. Advertises image conversions for $1 but hides the fact that this is just for a trail and you'll be auto enrolled/billed into their monthly service that they'll try to refuse to refund you. I didn't create an account but when you pay for your initial purchase they email you some generic user agreement that says your account has been auto created and provides you a password of their choosing.
scam company.
scam company.
charge £1 then 7 days later charge £29 for the same single photo
Bloody bullshit app ever
Bloody bullshit app ever. I used it once for editing and paid $1. After that they used my bank account for an authorised transaction of $59. Bloody who did the subscription with you? Why ? What is this behaviour? The biggest scam. Send my refund back

SCAM-Unauthorized charges
I paid $1, never got the service, and was hit with recurring charges. The bank flagged it as fraud and had to get new debit cards twice. Avoid this site.
