Wrong parcel
The actual process of collection was ok however completely the wrong package was in the locker. Wrong tracking number but my name on it. Not even close to what I had ordered.
At time of writing seller has raised this with InPost UK. I am not hopeful of getting what I ordered sadly. If I could give no stars I would.

Great service, great product
Great service. Ordered Sunday teatime, arrived Tuesday. Well packaged so easy to manoeuvre into place then open the polythene with the clever tool (saving that for present wrapping!). It kind of inflates slowly. We used a bit of Febreze to take the slight plasticy smell away. It may have gone on it's own but I'm just too impatient!
2 weeks down the line - my husband says he is getting up ache/pain free for the first time in ages. I find it really comfortable but my one niggle would be temperature, I'm not as cool as I hoped to be but then it has been boiling hot recently and also I'm a lady of a certain age 😂
All in all we are very happy with our purchase. Just waiting for the pillows to be launched like Bill from Simba told me in his follow up call.
