Totally fraudulent.

You pay $1 for a vectorization of an image, but the moment you go to check out, the 1$ changes to $35 right at the moment the transaction is processed which is impossible to stop.

I've never seen such blatant bait and switch pricing before.

They should be shut down for what is obviously fraud.

Customer service experience for returning a product to their eBay store is severely lacking.

Improvement is badly needed.
