Terrible in fact beyond terrible. I use it for my ecommerce store. They just randomly shut down my option to offer paypal due to an "account review" with zero contact and for no reason and I lost thousands of dollars in sales. I use 5 payment providers including paypal the other 4 no issues it just works and we provide a good service with very few complaints or issues. Paypal is the worst merchant services provider globally and I recommend disconnecting them as I have done.

scammers and also rubbish product. Use extremely sketchy tactics to get your interest in this product which is no better than free CHAT GPT and then charge your card a load of money. Chargeback has been lodged. Deceptive unprofessional and garbage.

Quick easy accurate and 70% cheaper than a traditional lawyer who probably just take your money and use this.

This appalling company have lost over 1,500 pounds worth of goods going from the UK to Australia in 3 seperate consignments over a 2 month period. They have actually lost more than they have delivered. Contacting them to get a resolution is impossible due to automated chatbot scripts and if I call I am put through to an Indian call centre who know less than I do. We are moving all freight to Fed EX immediately and our supplier who is a large user of DPD is considering moving all freight as well. Just dreadful. I am fairly confident that the items are ALL stolen in their hub as they pass the freight to Aramex who have confirmed they have never received the freight.

Had a monthly paid subscription to one of their plans which we no longer made use of. Had it for around 18 months. Went to cancel and they slugged us for 3 months worth of money as an "early termination fee". Unethical business practice and poor customer service. As a result I have ceased talking to them about a $50,000 Magento implementation I was looking at as I will not deal with companies who engage in such tactics.

Appalling Service. We had to cancel our overseas trip due to flights and the Corona Virus. We contacted the company to advise them and also offered them to take a reasonable cancellation fee to cover their time and costs etc. they took the 25% booking fee in entirety ( 400 pounds) and have subsequently managed to rebook the accomodation and still refuse to refund any of it. Be careful with this company that has a complete and utter disdain for its customers and provides appalling service. Product good took a few days to shop didn’t reply to 2 emails I sent asking for shipping info. Customer Service pretty poor.
