As per all other users this company…

As per all other users this company will advertise a free £1 charge then without consent withdraw £29 from your account a few days later. This is not clearly advertised on their website and I strongly advise you don’t use them then. Matter has been passed to my bank.

Booked an airport transfer 2 weeks…

Booked an airport transfer 2 weeks prior to departure. On the day of departure Bolt cancel the journey 5 minutes after the expected pick up time. Absurdly shocking service, left a family of 4 stranded and desperately trying to get to Heathrow.

Honestly will never use them again!

Lee Waters

Lee Waters attended site to repair a wall which had taken a minor dent/scratch. He made good and repainted carefully. He treated the job professionally ensuring that plaster was dry and took the time to work out any imperfections once paint was applied. I appreciated his good communication, skilled craftsmanship and honesty throughout the job. I would use Lee again.

Total lack of service

Broadband and tv have been slow for a month. I pay for 350mps speed and was receiving 11mbs. Engineer finally comes out after 3 weeks. Following his work we are totally cut of from the internet and tv. 2 days later a second engineer comes out and cannot fix the problem. Owing to a problem with the Network cabling outside our property a specialist network engineer is needed. The first appointment for that engineer to come and reconnect us is the 11th October.

To recap:
1. slow speeds start on the 9th August
2. no internet connection or tv from 2nd October
3. apparent fix to be completed on 11th October

I have spent 4 hours and 20 minutes calling Virgin Media customer services over the last 3 days. Not one employee can find a faster remedy. I was also promised 2 call backs by Managers yesterday and today and not one Manager has called me back.

To permit a loyal customer of 7 years who lives in a very accessible part of Central London to have no connection to internet or tv for potentially 9 days is actually quite appalling and indicates how far Virgin Media have fallen.

They don’t take accountability and cannot solve serious problems in a timely and reasonable manner.

Diamond Eternity Ring

I purchased a diamond eternity ring today from Thu and Sharona. They quickly understood my needs and were open to discussing my requirements and price. I am very satisfied with the ring I purchased and given their polite manner, honesty and sound knowledge I would happily recommend them to friends and family.
