ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. DO NOT USE. A very deceptive process whereby a subscription fee is charged without ever being requested or authorised. I have lodged a complaint with the company and lodged a dispute with my bank. This review will be updated once a response is received. UPDATE All credit to Visa. Three emails to company - response was “your problem”. Visa Credit reversed the charges. This site should be shut down.

We reviewed the order and can confirm that the order was flagged by our Fraud team and subsequently cancelled.
With the constant rise of online fraud we want to ensure that we do our very best to verify our customers details. We had no way of verifying the details and made the call that it would be best to cancel the order. The card linked to your order was not charged. I can also advise that we are currently reviewing the processes we have in place to prevent this from happening again.
