Paid £1 to edit a photo 2 weeks ago and got charged £29 today! Furious! Reported to bank & blocked!

Excellent in all areas. Whoever I speak to at octopus they are more than helpful and knowledgeable- that’s why I am staying loyal and won’t switch plus the best prices that can’t be beaten!

These guys are so good! Been going to them ever since I moved to Redhill. They are always polite, quick service & genuine. I’m baffled by some of the reviews as I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now & consistently had amazing service in whatever I go for! Keep up the great work!

Sent my phone off after a quote of £319. Phone been in case/screen prot since I got it. They emailed to say it didn’t meet my “v good” description, it was “average” and offered me £170! They charged me £10 to get it back, tw girl even said well I’ll give you £180 if you want? 🤣 Got the phone back and has a scratch on it that wasn’t there before. They will no doubt respond with their usual “we offer an honest policy bla bla” that’s copy and pasted!
Not interested! Trying to cover themselves! Took it to 02 and offered £215 and no hassle, no drama, nothing dodgy. Save yourself and take it to 02 they will recycle it for parts etc and give you the money in 5 days that that they say they will. DO NOT USE WE BUY ANY PHONES!
Update- Took my phone to 02 and swift easy and professional. £215 into bank. No drama and no hassle.

Finally refreshing to find a garage that is a great all round experience. As a female I dread car places and this is a reliable and honest service. Had a couple of services, mot’s, tyres etc from here and always had great service. They are really approachable and honest, won’t charge the earth and advise honestly. Thank you!

Woke up today to a payment taken - no clue who they are! No account or subscription with them. NatWest will open a fraud case and help. Tried calling the no for these budget w**nkers and doesn’t even ring!! Total SCAM. Budget my money- hilarious! Robbing ar**holes!!

I purchased a toy “dog toy” on the label for my 1 year old dog. In minutes she got the squeaker out and before we could get it off her she swallowed it. 9pm at night, we rush her to emergency vets, £322 later it’s out! Pets at home refuse to take this off the market. Refuse to take responsibility and offered me £20 gift token which was laughable! They said the toy had under gone all it’s tests and checks and was safe. They also said it was a puppy toy so not suitable for adult teeth, which it doesn’t say on the label and is not situated in the puppy aisle. Unfortunately their toys are cheaply made and come apart very quickly - being dangerous and a waste of money. Won’t be buying from them again! Very disappointed:(

Amazing people and speedy service. They saved my puppy who swallowed a big plastic squeaker. They got it out and we’re so lovely and honest and genuine :) thank you x
