BEWARE!!! It did vectorise my image, only to find out a month later that the £1 charged turned into another £1 and a £29 for a subscription I didn't know I had entered into. They said they sent me password details and I received nothing, so I was unaware that I had entered a contract with them. They told me all of this is on their T+C which are tiny under the download button. I don't remember their checkout process to see if it is also there and don't want to check in case it charges me again!
They said they do not refund the money, even if the subscription hadn't been used.
Rip off! unbelievable that they can get away with it. A very dodgy way to get customers. When you try to cancel, they then offer you 25% or even 50% discount! very infuriating.

We ordered two iphones XS. One had a lower definition on the screen, so sent it back for an exchange. We were paid back the postage and were sent another phone very quickly. The new phone is spot on, so we could have not asked for better customer service.
We should have received all the phones up to standard initially, but when there are any problems is when you can test the customer service and in this case, it was great, replying quickly to emails and refunding the costs etc.

We have ordered many times, easy process, quick delivery and good customer service.

A great answering service. Very professional but above all, personal. They know us and what we do and they also know the customers that call regularly which is a great advantage.
They also help with some website changes.
We have used them for many many years. Jamie is part of our business!
