Unhelpful customer services

Unhelpful customer services. Tried to return a Dyson fan as the performance wasn’t as advertised, it was noisier and didn’t provide the coolness expected
Was told that I couldn’t return as these were subjective

Told me to try to return online

Disappointed with Currys. I won’t be shopping with them again

Chat function on website advised that order was "stuck in processing"
Asked for refund - they told me that their PayPal account was "on hold" and I should get a refund via Paypal

Worst Customer service ever - absolute Joke !

Just a shame I can't give Zero !
1. Crypto.com were advised of a fraudulent transaction within 30 mins of it occurring and still let the transaction go through. Complaint has gone to OAFS to recover my money
2. My pre-loaded card has been frozen for over a month. Numerous emails and messages through their app have been sent, but their customer services seem to be either incompetent or unwilling to resolve the issue and won't let me access MY money.

Just a shame that the Millions of £ that Crypto.com are spending on sponsorship isn't being used to provide a competent customer service department.

Avoid like the plague !

Can not recommend Indiegogo. Avoid

Backed a product "Airselfie" on Indiegogo.
Was constantly lied to regarding when the product would be delivered
Indiegogo weren't interested
They need to support "investors" more than they are currently doing - for example offer a refund if product isn't delivered by a set date
At the moment it would appear they are happy to take your money but don't want to support you when things go wrong
Until they grow some balls, I wont be investing in another product on Indiegogo

I could not recommend Motorway.co.uk as my personal experience with them has been very poor
I appreciate that the difficulties I have experienced are due to the dealership that originally agreed to buy my vehicle pulling out of the transaction after 2 weeks of being messed around. This caused me additional costs of around £500 and a reduced sale value of nearly £2000 when it was relisted
Motorway have refused to offer any compensation for the poor service I have experienced

I hope they don't treat everyone so poorly!

Agreed to purchase my vehicle through Motorway.co.uk on Thursday 28th September

Agreed to collect on Friday 6th October - only to inform me that their "driver had Covid" and a new collection date would be Sat 7th or Mon 9th October. These didn't happen due to a "family emergency"
From Tuesday 11th October they stopped responding to message and didn't answer phone calls
Finally on Wednesday 12th October (after I had to issue an ultimatum) they advised that they would be reneging on the implied contract and that I should relist the vehicle with Motorway.co.uk

Due to the poor performance of Prestige I have suffered (and will continue to suffer) additional costs for insurance / storage which I will seek to recover

I hope if you do consider buying through this company they treat you a lot better

Time wasters!

Offered a valuation which seemed ok - comparable with Motorway & higher than webuyanycar
After taking time to get all photos taken, they respond that they can not sell my vehicle (Tesla Model 3) Hi “as it is out of our stock profile, sorry”
Complete waste of my time, they knew the make and model of the car when I entered the registration no!
Would not recommend to anyone looking to sell a car

Not great service

Order placed 28th April on RM 48hour tracked delivery. Chased on 4th May as status was still showing as “sender preparing items”. Auto response to my email.
Rough Trade obviously realised they had screwed up as it was delivered within 24 hours of my email.
Not great service, would have been nice if they had sent an email to apologise or explain what the delay was.
Not sure I’d order again from them to be honest…

Thanks for the feedback!

When the tracking shows 'Sender Preparing Item' that means that it has been dispatched and collected by Royal Mail, it just hasn't been scanned on to the system on their end.
Coincidentally it must have been scanned on shortly after you sent the message, and arrived the next day!

Poor service - Overcharging & Refunds

The original issue was that Expedia advised that payment was not possible thru my credit card & I should pay via another card (paid via Debit Card)
The flight portion of the trip (Lufthansa) was then charged to both my original credit card AND my Debit Card
I contacted customer services who advised that the sum charged to me Credit card was just a holding figure and would be refund "within 7 working days"
After 7 working days the refund had not been processed.
I contacted Cust Services again who then advised refunds would take 7-10 working days.
Very Poor Service (a) in allowing 2 payments to be taken and (b) in their inconsistent advice in how long refunds would take

Well my AirSelfie finally arrived

Well my AirSelfie finally arrived. I’m sure it was a coincidence that it was despatched a couple of days after I requested a full refund…
The product itself sucks. Difficult to control thru the app & picture quality is shockingly poor.
Definitely not worth the 18month wait or the $130 that I “invested” thru indiegogo 🙁
