Avoid at all costs

Would give zero stars if I could.
I tried converting an image, paid a nominal fee, and the image came out worse quality than before. Now I've been signed up for a plan without my knowledge, and trying to cancel.

Run away from StayBeyond

This is a horrible company. DO NOT rent from StayBeyond. If you have done so by accident (like I did on Hotels.com), cancel your reservation and book something else. Every place is for sale and you will be inundated with intrusive viewings at all hours (sometimes unannounced) and cleaners coming in every morning to do little other than push around your belongings. Customer service does not care, so if you have any minor issue at all, do not expect it to be addressed reasonably.

We had many issues during our stay, spent countless hours and emails addressing the issues, negotiating compensation for our inconveniences, and are still awaiting a refund FOUR MONTHS later.

We rented a flat in London for 3 weeks, while we were relocating to London from abroad. After paying a LOT of money, I asked to check in a few hours early, and was going to be charged £15/hour for early check-in. Annoying, but fine, they did say that on their website. I found other arrangements for my bags.

Upon arrival at the flat, the flat was absolutely freezing. The heat was switched off and there were no instructions on how to turn it on, and there is absolutely no way that anyone had been in the flat for a long time, as it was an unreasonable temperature. So, additionally annoying that they would've charged me to check in early, when the place was clearly vacant. I had to make numerous calls to get someone to come help with the heat.

Then came the viewings. EVERY SINGLE DAY. We had an average of 2-3 viewings per day during our stay, plus cleaners every day. We were informed that the flat was for sale after booking, but the email made it sound like there would be an occasional viewing. The expectation was NOT accurately set that this would be every day. It was absolutely unreasonable, extremely disruptive, and the management didn't care at all.

Two days into our stay, we lost heat and hot water for 48 hours. We were freezing, as it was the coldest time of the year in London. We spent hours on the phone negotiating compensation for this inconvenience. Still waiting any refund and doubtful if it will ever arrive.

We also had mouse poop on our bed, the cleaners took our key and we did not have access to the flat on one day. After all of this, they had the audacity to charge us £105 for a late check-out, when our permanent place was not ready until the evening of our checkout.

Utter chaos, and the worst customer experience I've ever had with a company. Do yourself a favor and run far away.
