First off it took days for them to even review the phone. Then they said its basically trashed even though its had a screen protector and case on since day 1.

I rejected all their offers and requested the phone returned. 5 days later I am still waiting for the phone to be returned.

They will do anything to make things difficult for you and when you manage to get an email reply its always "i'm sorry I will chase the relevant department".

I will be contacting the police and trading standards regarding this company

Bought a new phone from them and asked to trade in my old device. I had only had my old phone 12 months and they are claiming screen burn and want £75 from me.

Apparently its all the amazing sunlight we get here in the UK!!!!
