Had my phone a month & still no payment received
I’m a returning customer, first interaction a couple years ago was great with fast payment! This time around it is appalling! @bandicoot you have had my brand new, unopened phone for a month now! I am on first name terms with your customer service agent (who is great by the way and absolutely deserves a pay rise) we are now chatting daily! however the business as a whole is shocking. I have been promised next day payment everyday for 3 weeks. Friday a mangager was going to be doing manual payments but didn’t. systems crashing, bank being blamed, excuses are endless!
To top it all off I’m still receiving marketing emails promising 48 hour payment!
Unsurprisingly I’m still waiting for payment
Will not be returning. Go elsewhere!
