DESPITE REVIEWS, I STUPIDLY SENT MY DEVICE TO THIS ATROCIOUS COMPANY OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND IM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO COME BACK AFTER TURNING DOWN PITIFUL OFFERS ! PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BAD REVIEWS AS I WISH I HAD NEVER GIVEN THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT !

Breakdown cover renewal price was…

Breakdown cover renewal price was nearly 3 times more than what I paid the previous year. Asked in August to cancel it as I wouldn't be renewing with them. Cancelled the Direct Debit and yet they are still trying to take money and calling me 3-4 times a week. What an absolute joke !

Hi Laura, any discount you had on the cover last year will have been for 12 months. If you're on monthly cover, we'd be able to cancel the cover from the renewal or with 30 days notice. Cancelling your Direct Debit doesn't cancel the cover, if you can give us a bell when you have a mo, we'll get it sorted, 0343 316 4444.

Wait times for someone to answer the phone are not acceptable especially if you are in a dangerous position and alone on a motorway with nowhere safe to go.

Cannot find a single positive about BG

Cannot find a single positive about BG. Shameful the way customer service treat their customers. I've had issues for over a year and that's even after the Ombudsman upheld my case !! I cannot wait to change to another supplier when this energy crisis hopefully settles a little. Disgusting company
