Absolutely discussed with this company
Absolutely discussed with this company! They had my phone nearly a month with me repeatedly asking for it to be sent back to me after receiving an offer a 3rd of the original price agreed! Very poor communication just wouldn't reply at all! Also received my phone back which has clearly been dropped and damaged and they are saving it wasn't them! I have clear photos are just before I sent the phone off and the damaged isn't there!

The phone was returned in the exact same condition you originally sent it to us. The chips and marks on the frame were the reason the device failed inspection in the first place. Please note that our processes do not allow us to cause damage to any devices.
