Purchased a refurbished phone and I was surprised, it was like new. Packaging ensured I got the phone in one piece, very well packaged and the addition of a chrging cable was welcome also.

Easy to deal with and phone was in as described condition very good experience and much cheaper way to update an old phone whilst keeping a sim only contract!

It took 17 days to receive the payment! They do say in their website that the payment might take between 7 and 10 days, but I received my money only after multiple emails and a phone call!
