What a rip off joke of a company. Went through a phone recycling website, stated the phone was in good condition NOT excellent. It had one tiny scratch on the screen. Somehow its managed to get scratched on the metal frame and a scratch which was under the screen protector ( which it didn't have) they've cropped the price from £260 to £100🤣 even a poor quality iphone 14 on their website is priced at £178.50. Absolute rip off company. Not surprised that companies house have tried to dissolve the company numerous times. Mr Fitzgerald you should be ashamed.

Horrible company to deal with. Want a deposit when you book which is fair enough but then hounding for a months rent 6 weeks before the move in date and 3 weeks before Scottish exam results were issued. Full deposit refund if you don't get into the uni you were needing the accommodation for but make you fill out a form and it supposedly takes 28 for a refund. Still waiting 35 days later and ignoring emails. Quick enough to put their hand out but don't want to hand the money back.

Forgot it. Arrived covered in fingerprints and according to tracker from China but no Chinese customs label on package. £78 just so the world looks pink, I'm pretty sure that's not what it's meant to look like. They only help pass an Ishihara colour vision test. No other benefits at all. I have contacted Carelust by email and online chat for refund but so far have been ignored.
