How crazy is this company???? Giving them PRISTINE perfectly working one year old S24 Ultra 256 GB without any scratches or dents and initially they offered £510 which was great but then after receiving the device they "found" dents or barely visible marks on the frame because phone was always with an original case. Even on their photos that they took they are barely visible! Battery capacity above 90 percent, nothing wrong with the phone, like brand new. But these scammers then offered me £200!!!!! Then I rejected! And they made another counteroffer of £225!!!!!!! LOOOOL AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Stay warned about this company. I have a condition that NHS couldn't resolved so I decided to go with them. I went to a consultation with a specialist which falls under their coverage in a clinic that is also recognisable by them. Then my doctor asked for deeper investigation and therefore scans and test needed to be performed. I specifically call them and explained the situation, I even sent them the letter from my doctor stating all the needed tests. They went thought the letter and confirmed that THEY WILL COVER THESE TESTS AND SCANS except one genetic test. Then after the confirmation I did all of them except the genetic one. And today I received a huge almost £1000 bill from the clinic. Over the phone Vitality explained that this WAS NOT COVERED by the insurance I got from them and that I had "excess" amount that has been spent already. I started complaining and explained that I was double assured over the phone by their consultants that most of the tests and scans will be covered by vitality. Now I am waiting for their response. I asked them politely to listen to the 2 conversations I had with their colleagues and not warning me about any payments or limits that i need to cover. Unbelievable!!!!
