Unprofessional & misled

I was offered £190 for my one-year-old Google Pixel 8a. After holding the phone for a week to “inspect” it, Bandi Coot reduced their offer to £50, citing a small chip near the camera and a few light scratches on the screen — despite the fact the phone had been kept in a case for its entire use.

Although I reluctantly accepted the revised price, I then had to repeatedly chase for payment. My first payment attempt failed, I updated my payment details, and as of now, I am still waiting to be paid.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and has left me feeling misled. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company — be prepared for sudden price reductions and difficulty receiving your money.

Useless

I was told my parcel would be delivered between 19.00 - 21.00 it is now 21.48 and no parcel and no update. What is going on why promise a delivery and then it not happen with no update. Useless also ordered Friday for next day delivery well that’s not happened!!!
The package was finally delivered at 22.49,

Total glaze is a yes each time.

Yes I spoke to the chap that was in the lobby of a shop, it was the best thing I did. The sales chap was informative and knowledgeable. The fitters were polite and tidy. My doors are amazing very well fitted and I love them.
