Non-Payment

I sent my device to this company 16 days ago, I am yet to receive payment I was advise 3 days ago I would revive payment in next 8 hours that payment was not received. I contacted company and received a text message today they were working on a technical issue. As yet I still await payment.

Poor Service

Purchased BMW and as part of the package POD Point would fit an EV charger at home free, this would be completed with 2-4 weeks.
I have now had my vehicle 6 weeks no charger fitted, POD point sent an engineer to my home on week 4 to asses location after many pictures were already provided. I was then advised I would require to pay an extra £250 which I paid. Engineer arrived without correct materials unable to complete work. POD point poor customer care unable to provide explanation why engineer could not complete work or provide a new date for installation.
Please avoid this company.
